A feature to create warps and teleport to said warp
a warp is a set location a player can revisit by teleporting

there are different types of warps that can be set and used

spawn the set location all players will spawn at accessible by "/spawn" when set
home a set location all players can set and teleport to by "/home" when set
public warps all players can teleport to this location by "/warp "
private warps only the player who set the warp or who got added "/warp allow " can teleport to this location "/warp "

a warp can be set by "/warp set " the warp will be set at the players location
a normal player can have one home and a set amount of warps declared by config

changes to /back command
if a teleport was done the player can similar to the death mechanic teleport there once
